At Westerham Day Nursery and Pre-school, we don't want covering the costs of childcare to be something that keeps you awake at night. Thankfully, help is available for families of a variety of incomes and situations. If you would like further information from us, please do get in touch to speak with us and enquire.
Tax-free Childcare
The Tax-Free Childcare Scheme has replaced the Childcare Vouchers Scheme, and takes the form of a 20% contribution towards the cost of childcare.
You can receive up to a maximum of £2000 per year.
Free Entitlement for 9 months to 1, 2 ye, 3 and 4 year olds
Children aged 3 and 4 years, and eligible 9 month to 2-year-olds, are entitled to the equivalent of 15 hours’ funding per week for 38 weeks of the year. Eligible 3-year-olds can receive up to 30 hours' funding a week.

As the nursery opens for 51 weeks, we offer funding on a stretched basis. This means you have up to 11 hours or 22 hours per week across the year.
